COLIN HENDRY has hit back at Paul Gascoigne after being trolled about England’s goal against Scotland at Euro 96.

Rangers legend Gascoigne aimed a hilarious dig at Hendry on Twitter earlier today about the goal.

And now the former Scotland defender has hit back with a funny dig of his own.

Speaking on Twitter, Hendry said: “I’ve told you many times Paul, it’s taken England’s greatest ever footballer to ‘do’ me.

“Oh and #ivegotsummityouaintgot #premiership”.


Hendry was part of the Blackburn Rovers side that won the Premier League title in 1995.

Gascoigne never won a top division title during his career in English football.

Meanwhile, fans were loving the banter between the two former players.
